Yes, this is totally effed up s---! Getting your wisdom teeth removed at practically 30 is a mistake. It hurts. I've had 3 surgeries now, including a c-section, and this is by far the roughest. I have 2 choices right now, I can either be in pain or not in pain but feeling weird and nauseated on pain pills. It's lose lose. So, do me a favor, if you are told at 17 and then every year after that you need your wisdom teeth out, do it! Don't wait until your immune system is old and decrepit.
We did manage to make it to auntie Georgia's for a playdate today. Here are some cute photos from that and from yesterday's usual antics...

Life is so different as a mom now. Before you could lay in bed and be stoned out of your mind and make Ryan get you nasty delicious food and watch bad movies. Now you don't get that luxury. Sucks.
If they waited this long to take them out, you should have just waited until Maiz went to college....
Juno and I are SO bummed we missed the play date today. I hope I start feeling better soon...STOMACH ISSUES SUCK.
So sorry you're in pain, it's SOOO much worse when you have a kid wanting your attention 24/7! Hope you at least feel better by the weekend! xo.
Hang in there Lana! Maybe if you switch to just 600 mg of Advil or a couple Aleeve the pain will be lessened and you won't be nauseous. I can't take the heavy pain killers either- they make me feel ill.
I guess I'm glad I got my wisdom teeth pulled when I was in 6th grade. Isn't it amazing how long it takes our bodies to recover now that we're older? What's it going to be like when we are 60?!?!?!?
What adorable pics! She is getting soo big, she is so stinkin' cute.
